Great idea for your dollhouse porch.  It takes some patience for this project though.

SUPPLIES YOU'LL NEED:
Flat Jewelry Findings of Your Choice (for top & middle of wind chime)
6 Large Silver Glass Tube Beads
Small Round Bead for Middle Hanging Piece
34 Gauge Wire
Hook Wind Chime Hanger on Top
Long beading wire with hook at the end
Fast Drying Glue
Clear Fingernail Polish
Scissors
Needlnose Pliers
Toothpics

I made this wind chime using the larger beads as the finished chime looked better than another demo I used with smaller beads.  This would be a very large wind chime in real life, but they do sell these, they just don't happen to be as popular as the smaller ones.  Feel free to use this an an example to come up with your own creation.  I would definitely love to see your finished wind chime when you are done though!
Supplies I used shown here
These are the jewelry findings I used and I glued the two pieces together to form the top.  After Gluing them I covered them with clear fingernail polish in hope that they wouldn't tarnish with all the handling.
I put a dab of glue into the middle center of my jewelry findings for my middle piece and my round bead for the hanging bottom middle piece.  I did this so they would be able to hang on the bead wire without falling off.  Set aside to dry.
Bend your hook hanger 90 degrees to insert into the top hanger.
Insert into the top hanger piece
Once inserted bend a little more to close but leave enough room to insert the bead wire hook.
Now insert the bead wire hook.  Be careful not to bend the bead wire as it's impossible to bend it straight again.
Using pliers, close the top hanger end the rest of the way closed.  This is a little tricky to do.
It should look like this now.  The bead wire should be able to move around freely at the bottom of the hanger loop.
Put a dab of glue onto the top hanger hook so it stays secure.
Take a candle you don't care about and insert two toothpicks into the side so that you can use this as a rest while you are working on your wind chime.
Carefully hold the bead wire in the middle with pliers while inserting your middle jewelry finding onto the end of the beading wire.  This is the center where I had you put a dab of glue earlier.  I poked a hold in the center of the dried glue with a needle so the bead wire would go through it easier.
Position the middle jewelry finding so that it's hanging approx an inch from the top piece.   Being careful to keep this piece straight across, put a dab of glue onto the center to dry.
Cut 2" pieces of wire and bend in the middle to hang your wind chimes from.
Insert into holes on top hanger.  I have 12 holes at the top of my top hanger.  I used 2 holes for every chime.  Take your 2" bent wire pieces and insert each one end into the jewelry finding hole and then stick the other end of the wire into the jewelry finding hole next to it.
Dab glue onto the ends of the wire and hold them together.
Feed the glass tube bead into the two end wires until almost flush with the top.  Do each chime this way, making sure your chimes go down 1mm from the top of the last bead each time.  See close up picture at the top of the page of finished wind chime.
Your chimes should look like this now.  Using your pliers carefully insert the bottom bead onto the end of the bead wire.  Put a dab of glue on the top center of the bead and hold until dry.
