Now you can decorate your craft desk with all your mini scrapbooking supplies.  I have some printables for this on my scrapbooking DIY page.  Here is an example of my scrapbooking in progress craft table.  The supplies on the left were made for me by Michelle C.  in our one on one swap.  If you'd like to see her DIY instructions for this project and her other miniature work, check out her website at:  www.geocities.com/butterfly_dreams_mc/
I have listed below the followng pieces you'll need to cut from Basswood to complete this project.  You can buy Basswood from your local hobby store. The pieces of trim I used I got from my local miniature store, you can also buy these on line.  The trim pieces are optional and you can use whichever trim pieces you choose.  I used a table saw to cut these pieces, but if you don't have a table saw you could also use a miter saw from your local hardware store, they cost less than $10 to buy.  They may not cut the edges as clean and neat though, so it would require more sanding.  Most of these pieces you could also cut using a ruler and a box cutter knife.

Lightly sand all your pieces, being careful not to sand too much and make the pieces uneven.  Sand the table top edges at an angle (so they will curve in and not have sharp edges) and round off the corners with sandpaper.  If you are going to stain your table you should do so before gluing the pieces together.  Be sure to use a wood conditioner first before staining, otherwise your stain will come out blotchy on such a soft wood.
I made this table larger because I've always wanted a large craft table in real life, so I thought my mini people should have what I'd LIKE to have in real life, lol.  It is in scale, as I used my miniature dining room table as a guide for the size.
Using wood glue, glue the back of the shelving to the top shelving (gluing upside down as shown in the pic).  After that has dried, glue on the sides using a square making sure everything is even.
Glue in the middle shelves making sure the spaces between are even and they are straight.  You can use your table supports in between the spaces to make sure the slots are straight.

If these shelving slots stick out too far from the back or top shelving pieces, you can sand them down after your glue has dried, or cover up your error with your trim pieces.
Glue your bottom shelving onto the top of that.  You can leave the bottom shelving off if you prefer.  In this picture I used the bottom piece.
Glue your long table supports to 2 legs as shown.   Now glue the other two long table supports to 2 table legs the same way.  Let these dry a few minutes before going on to the next step, otherwise they will fall apart.
Glue your short table supports in between those completed pieces.
Glue the whole assembly to the table top bottom, making sure it is evenly spaced in the middle of the table top.  After that has dried a few minutes turn it over.  If the table is wobbly, you can sand the bottom of the leg pieces to make it straight.
Glue shelving unit to the table top in the far left or right corner (whichever you prefer).  In this picture I left off the bottom shelving piece.
Glue your trim to the top of the shelving.  If you used the bottom shelving piece, then you should also glue a piece of trim onto the bottom too.  In this picture I left out the bottom shelving piece and the trim.
