No dollhouse would be complete without it. Just use a decorative toothpick for the handle and cut off the sharp end so that the plunger will lay flat. Mix some Sculpty to match the color of a plunger or use plain black, and form the shape around the toothpick. Next roll out a thin long strand to wrap around the bottom and top of the plunger and smooth out the ends so they are not visable. Cut out a small portion of the center to hollow it out being careful not to ruin the outside form, then smooth. Take the toothpick out before you bake it, then reinsert the toothpick in the hole and glue it. Paint the toothpick to match your decor if you like. |
