PAPER PLATES:
Cut out 8 circles (3/4") from your paper plate.  After you've cut those out, press a crazy glue (round cap) cap into the middle to indent, push the sides up around that.  Stack together in a pile.  Cut around the the paper plates printed transparency label and set on top of your stack of plates.  Cover with a small circle of Saran Wrap, making sure it's tight, and glue to the bottom of the plate stack.
NAPKINS:
Cut out a stack of 1/2" square napkins.  Place two square napkin stacks together measuring 4mm high.  Cut around the transparency napkin label and place on the napkins.  Cover with a small rectangular piece of Saran Wrap, fold ends over to meet, making sure it's tight and glue to the bottom of the napkin stack.
LABELS:
Right click on the labels below saving them to your hard drive.  Print out in 1" scale (see measurements below) on transparency printer paper.
W 13mm x H 7mm
W 11mm x H 15mm
SILVERWARE:
Cut out the top portion of the silverware transparency printout.  Then cut out the bottom with the fork, knife & spoon graphic intact too.  I just cut around the small diamonds and didn't use them at all.  When you cut the top and bottom labels separately the finished product looks much better as the middle will be flexible.  If you just use the whole label with transparency paper, it is real stiff and doesn't look as natural.

Lay the top and bottom labels backwards (because this will be the inside when you glue) on a small square piece of Saran Wrap (this should be larger than the labels so your can overlap to glue them together), making sure it's to scale with the measurements above and centered.  Lay your mini plastic silverware on the Saran Wrap with the labels. Fold over each side and glue.  Fold over the top and bottom and glue.
